The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Galveston- Houston is bringing together young adults to transform their faith into impactful action through a conference focused on creative community service projects.
What better way to do this than bringing together individuals passionate for service to join us at our first ever Mission & Ministry event at one of Houston's most vibrant and creative venues—Axelrad Beer Garden.
At Mission & Ministry, we had the chance to connect with passionate leaders, collaborate on new ideas, and see how we can start serving our communities.
This new young & contemporary adult conference is designed to be a dynamic and evolving group, continuously adapting to our changing world to address emerging challenges seen in our underserved communities today. This ensures that young adults can remain at the forefront of social change and make a lasting impact.
We want to invite young adults eager to make a difference to join a vibrant community that promotes the dignity of the person and alleviate suffering and distress while addressing the conditions that cause them through systemic change. By coming together, future young Vincentians will not only explore how to better serve their communities but also play a crucial role in shaping the future of this innovative conference.
Established in 1871, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a 501(c)3 faith-based, non-profit organization with the mission to grow spiritually through person-to-person service to all in need in our community.
